Ariana Grande who got a whooping 10 nominations in the recently announce MTV VMAs also spoke up as she has worked with Marcus in the past, asking models not to work with photographers that want to take advantage of them.
The who controversy got triggered after a model, Sunnaya Nash contacted the photographer about shooting her. He said he’d shoot her for free but she had to send him nude pictures of herself or she’d have to pay $2000. She said she could not send completely nude picture but could send one in her lingerie. He said she’d have to pay then.
Eventually, she shared their back and forth on her Insta Story and Marcus Hyde told her to go suck a big fat d*ck but things don’t appear to be going away.
Ariana Grande who has worked with him in the past said: “Dear models/artists in LA / anywhere, i have just read some shocking and really heartbreaking stories. i hate that this is a conversation. Please do not shoot with photographers who make you uncomfortable or make you feel like you need to take your clothing off if you don’t want to. if you want to, sick. but if you don’t, please don’t. if they tell you you have to pay more money if you’re clothed that’s f–ked and i’m sorry that has happened to you. i promise there are so many respectful, nice, talented photographers out there.”
Kim Kardashian issued a statement on it too. Recall that she had worked with him in the past as well as he once followed her and the entire family to their family vacation in Bali, and she even considered him a friend and tried to help him raise funds when he had an accident the last time. She is not shutting up about it though.
