The VMAs is one of the most anticipated awards shows in America and the world. Performing on the VMAs stage is a huge , and artists try to out do themselves each year. This year’s show promises to be nothing short of exciting as an incredible line up has been announced alongside veteran performer, and Vanguard Recipient, Missy Elliot.

A whooping seven more artists have been announced by to grace the VMAs stage on August 26 this year. The line up includes; Bad Bunny, , J Balvin, , , Rosalita, and for the 3rd time, . Of all the performers, Shawn is the only artist who wouldn’t be new to the VMAs stage. His this year would be his third in a row, following his of “In My Blood” in 2018, and “There’s Nothing Holding Me Back” in 2017.

Shawn will perform his new hit, Senorita, alongside fellow collaborator and girlfriend, who’s new to the VMAs stage as a performer. Camila won two VMAs last year including; Artist of the Year and Video of the Year for her hit song, Havana. Both she, and Mendes are nominated in four categories for their newest hit, Senorita. Shawn, who has never won a VMA is nominated in five categories including Artist of the Year.
