The MTV VMAs is one of the most anticipated awards shows in America and the world. Performing on the VMAs stage is a huge deal, and artists try to out do themselves each year. This year’s show promises to be nothing short of exciting as an incredible line up has been announced alongside veteran performer, Taylor Swift and Vanguard Recipient, Missy Elliot.

A whooping seven more artists have been announced by MTV to grace the VMAs stage on August 26 this year. The line up includes; Bad Bunny, Camila Cabello, J Balvin, Lil Nas X, Lizzo, Rosalita, and for the 3rd time, Shawn Mendes. Of all the performers, Shawn is the only artist who wouldn’t be new to the VMAs stage. His performance this year would be his third in a row, following his performance of “In My Blood” in 2018, and “There’s Nothing Holding Me Back” in 2017.
