The statement announcing their split was short, straight to the point and simple. It read: “Liam and Miley have agreed to separate at this time. Ever-evolving, changing as partners and individuals, they have decided this is what’s best while they both focus on themselves and careers. They still remain dedicated parents to all of their animals they share while lovingly taking this time apart. Please respect their process and privacy.”
While fans are still heartbroken though, there’s some signs that maybe this is not the end yet, maybe they are not done and that maybe they’ll still give this a try.
Explaining the circumstances around the split, an undisclosed source said “They were just taking a break, but now it is much more of a serious split. They were in a rough spot and their lifestyles were not aligning. But he had hope they would find a way to reconnect and hadn’t given up. This whole thing has taken things to a new level and really upset him. He was blindsided and extremely hurt by the allegations against him in the press. He had no idea any of this was coming.”
But some insiders insist that they may not be over yet since they have not spoken to a divorce attorney yet, which means both Liam and Miley Cyrus may both still be open to the idea of a reconciliation. If things blow over, fans will be happy to see them back together.
