Lately, it seems everywhere we turn, we hear Nicki Minaj saying someone has either dissed her or doesn’t want to see her breathing. It’s hard to tear the truth away from what’s not because no one (neither Nicki nor whoever else) comes forward and plays the bigger person. Always in the news for being dissed, or dissing, sabotaging someone, or most recently being banned, Nicki Minaj is taking a stand for what she rightly deserves. We’re wondering what that is though.
Recently, Nicki took to Twitter to call, 41 year old radio host, Charlemagne Tha God out for allegedly banning her from rap’s biggest radio show, The Breakfast Club. She wrote;
“Charlamagne get so excited when he thinks some1 bout to say smthn negative about me, that tail get to wagging, that lil p*ssy get to poppin, he get to giggling. They banned me from the show but always talkn bout me. I’m pullin up cuz we in NY soon. I’d rather be invited tho js.”
In a statement to Page Six, Charlemagne denied ever banning her from the show, he said;
“There was never a problem with her, we never banned her from the radio station. There is not a consequence to what she has said now, or in the past. I don’t know why she is saying that.”
Going on, he further told the publication that he and Nicki talk on phone and text each other, adding that “rappers will be rappers“. He said;
“I would be happy and welcome her to come on the show”
