One of America’s most iconic names in music just snagged a four-bedroom lad for a whopping $20.8 million. Name, Alicia Keys. The singer and her music producer husband, Swizz Beatz just bought the mansion which is said to have inspired Tony Stark‘s famous pad in Iron Man.
The ‘famous’ La Jolla mansion nicknamed Razor House is said to come with incredible ocean views. According to The Sun, it is called the Razor House for its clinical architecture and location on the cliffside near a trail called Razor Point. The mansion was reportedly on the market for $43 million but Alicia purchased it for $20.8 million.
The Razor House is reportedly built for partying in style, with an all glass view of the ocean, a rooftop entertaining area, contemporary designs, a circular cinema room, stainless-steel spa, an infinity pool and acoustically treated walls – perfect for a superstar musician. According to the Wall Street Journal. The mansion also comes with a two-bed guesthouse.
