50 Cent speaks on the new Power intro, Jay-Z’s recent NFL deal and announces new TV show with Scott Storch.
For some time now, we’ve seen 50 Cent and media personality Ebro come for each other on social media. Ebro has often trolled 50 about the “50 killed New York Hip-Hop“. At some point we heard 50 had been banned from appearing on Hot 97 but right now, their beef seems to have been squashed.
50 appeared on the Hot 97 morning show where he spoke about a range of topics that have either been in the media or we’ve seen unfold on his very entertaining social media pages. The interview lasted a half hour where Fifty gave his two cents on a many controversial issues including Jay-Z’s recent NFL deal.
The interview started with Ebro announcing that 50 was back in the building at which fellow hosts, Laura and Rosenburg gave a clapping ovation. Fifty started out talking about directing the third episode of season 6 which was his directorial debut. He spoke of all he had to do to be able to direct the episode.
He also addressed the rumors of him being the reason why Lala and Carmelo Anthony broke up. Fif also hinted that Teyana Taylor could appear on the new spinoff for power which is expected to star Mary J. Blige.
He also talked about the recent possible events on the Power series and the possibility of Ghost killing Tommy. Fif also spoke about his opinions of Chris Brown being better than Michael Jackson (saying new artists had made better all that the old ones gave them to work with), his relationship with Dr Dre (who he credited for his success) and why he doesn’t believe Nicki Minaj is retiring. He also gave his opinion of Jay-Z‘s NFL deal , his decision to leave Wendy Williams at home, and why he went after Teairra Mari and Young Buck on Instagram.
He also addressed switching the Power intro from the Trey Songz version back to the original say he did it for the people. Fif also spoke on 6ix9ine and spoke on whether he’d ever work with The Game again.
