He asked to be saved – or rather released a project titled “Save Me,” which many consider dark, by the way – and now he’s flying with a new jam titled “Undefeated.” He’s got pal Lil Keed as a feature on this number. his feature with Juice Wrld was definitely a bang now this.
While there has been no serious talk about a new compilation following the release of “Save Me,” it is yet clear Future is still well into the music and not stopping his musical interventions anytime soon.
In early July he’d shared the single “100 Shooters,” a collaborative work with Meek Mill and Doe Boy. With the release of “Undefeated,” it is clear he is yet to exhaust his bag of songs. And that’s fine, by the way.
More than that the song is a positive advert of Future holding his own in spite of the odds, rocking life on his own terms.
The song drops even as Future‘s name pops in the list of those to replace Nicki Minaj after she backed out of the Jeddah World Fest.
Somehow, you might find yourself nursing a sentimental attachment to the song, even bopping to it on repeat, indifferent to what the world might say of your musical liberties.
What are your thoughts on Future‘s latest drop? Do you think he nailed the verse?
