What would you do if you have the keys to the kingdom, literally? Well, Beyoncé neither promises nor gives you the keys to the kingdom. From her track “Keys to the Kingdom,” however, you can snap a nugget or two about rocking life on your own terms.
“Keys to the Kingdom,” if you please, is one of the tracks in Beyoncé‘s recently released “Lion King: The Gift” album, which is currently trending across the world, thanks in part to Beyoncé‘s appeal as a pop star.
“Keys to the Kingdom” features Tiwa Savage and Mr Eazi, two notable figures in Nigerian music. The BBC had commented about Beyoncé taking afrobeat global with the cast of afrobeat champs she tapped for new latest album. One cannot fault this observation.
By the way, although “Keys to the Kingdom” may not have received as much critical approbation from the Nigeria throng as “Ja Ara E,” Burna Boy‘s track in the same album, it is not open to doubt “Keys to the Kingdom” that will detain the attention of the listening public for a long time.
Mr Eazi, the “Supernova” singer recently commented that every superstar was once an up-and-coming artiste. He apparently takes his fame lightly. For one who takes a toga as one of the most educated singers in Nigeria, perhaps this should come as no surprise.
Go ahead and take the “Keys to the Kingdom.” It costs nothing, really.
