Tshego & King Monada’s ‘No Ties’ Is A Rare Collaboration

The beauty of collaborations isn’t really in making extra cash from features but in knowing how good an artist could be on a featured song. It is one thing to write your own music, sing and release it, but a whole different ball game to jump on someone else’s tune and still kill it.

The recent songs we’ve heard from have mostly been of him featuring virtually unknown / upcoming acts on his signature music. Correct if we’re wrong, this is arguably the first time we’ve heard on a song that doesn’t really sound like his. So big ups to for revealing another side to the king.

South African rapper and singer, is truly a man of his word, as he has held up his end of the bargain. Remember when he posted a video answering some questions from his fans? Well, he sort of promised to reveal the release date for his new album, Pink Panther after releasing old songs from his 1990 album for a period of 6 weeks.

This new track follows his first drop, Fufa featuring, Gigi Lamayne after the sixth week in anticipation for the Pink Panther album dropping August 30. is a song about having fun with what so ever. Both Tshego and King Monada sing about visiting friends and a girl, and turning up with no ties. The song’s production is a good one, and tells good tales about the upcoming album.
