Fans of the trap rapper (Jeezy) have tried to understand the fact that he would be retiring from music to focus on other rewarding endeavours. The trap artist recently made it known that his upcoming album, TM 104 would be his last. Since then, he’s been readying the record for release. In anticipation for the new album, the trap star has released MLK BLVD featuring American rapper, Meek Mill. The track is produced by Lex Luger and sees Jeezy addressing a few topics that have created a big buzz.
On MLK BLVD, Jeezy openly comes for a few big names calling them out over the track’s energetic beat. He mentions Kanye West‘s relationship with and support for Trump who he bashes saying “Heard what I said, n***a, f**k Trump“. The trap rapper also makes reference to Rick Ross, Tom Brady, and a few other big names but doesn’t really bash them as he did Trump.
The new song boasts a heavy bass production which suits Jeezy‘s kind of vibe. Both he and Meek go hard on the song and deliver an incredible body of work perfect for the upcoming album. MLK BLVD is expected to be on Jeezy‘s Thug Motivation 104: Trust The Process. The trap artist / rapper has released incredible music all through to year to create a buzz around the album before it drops. TM 104 is scheduled for release on the 24th of August. The upcoming album promises to be packed full with memorable tracks to hold Jeezy‘s music legacy after he retires.
