Dancing With The Stars finalist and former member of the girl group, Fifth HarmonyNormani has come through with a new single titled “Motivation” and she delivered a massive performance on this.

Normani is a talented singer no doubt and has proved it on songs like “Work From Home”, “Por Favor” and more and did not let her fans down on this one too.

Recall that she had earlier spoken about this song as one that was written together with Ariana Grande and that has piqued quite the interest too.

In her words: “I’m like, ‘When did you know your album was done?’ She was just like, ‘Honestly, you’ll know. Nobody will have to tell you. You’ll feel it. Just trust your instinct; trust your gut. And listen to that voice inside of you, and it’ll tell you that you’re done. Just take your time, too, and have fun in the process and make sure that it’s something that you love.’ She’s dope. She also has a part in the record that I’m releasing, too. She wrote on it.”

The song has a music video too directed by Dave Meyers and Daniel Russell and in it, a young girl is motivated by what she sees on TV and starts dancing, hence the motivation title.

The song also sees Normani pay some tribute to influences she had while growing up. On the song, she did pay homage to Beyonce and Britney Spears, not necessarily with the lyrics but with the dressing in different sections of the song. We do love this and recommend listening.

Normani Kordei Hamilton is an American singer and dancer. She is a former member of the girl group Fifth Harmony that announced its indefinite hiatus in March 2018. In 2017, she was a finalist in season 24 of Dancing with the Stars.
