Drake is a phenomenon, when he releases music, the world responds to it and when he requests for another season of a series, be sure that’s going to happen.
Snippets of two new songs from the rapper have somehow made an appearance online. One of them, seemingly a solo song could likely be titled Unfortunate from the lyrics, while the second titled Bad Karma (on SoundCloud) features Bryson Tiller and 2 Chainz. There’s no idea yet if these are soon to be released songs or just teases.
The Canadian rapper currently has his hands full promoting the newest season of Top Boy on Netflix. The rapper, a huge fan of the show was disappointed when he found out it had been cancelled and requested that a third season be released for the series, as expected that happened. Drizzy has since been busy with promoting the cult UK TV show.
Drake also serves as an executive producer in the new season of the series. Speaking about making the series happen, he said to HeyUGuys, “I was watching it on YouTube, I became really attached to the characters. There’s a lot of parallels between Toronto and London. It reminded me of people I grew up with and guys that I know. I really just felt super connected right away, but then it disappeared on me. I did my researched and found out it had been ultimately cancelled.”
Rumor also has it that the rapper might also be releasing new music to promote the series, so it’s likely these two songs are them.
