Hitmaka, the producer version of the artist, Yung Berg has got his homies jamming together on his recent offering. The producer whose work is continuously praised by his collaborators is currently one of the most successful music producers and songwriters in the game right now. Hitmaka perfectly transitioned from being the artist, Yung Berg to the acclaimed producer he is now.
Since hinting on releasing his own music as a producer, Hitmaka has kept to his word. He has now released a new single which features some of the artists he has produced beats for. The new song features Meek Mill, 2 Chainz, A Boogie wit da Hoodie, Tyga and YBN Nahmir. Speaking about making the song in a statement to Complex, he said;
“Throughout my career, I’ve always been able to put records together for different people. Once I had the hook, I knew who I wanted on it. I got Nahmir, Meek, 2 Chainz, Tyga, and A Boogie. Everybody was feeling it. They say, ‘It’s a hot girl summer,’ so we had to tell the other side of the story from the male perspective. We love all women. You watch, the girls are going to love this…It’s going to be a takeover. I’m excited for hits, more hits—and more hits.”
According to Hitmaka, the new song is a reply to Meghan Thee Stallion‘s Hot Girl Summer from a male point of view. The song is rumoured to be featured on Hitmaka‘s upcoming release Big Tuh according to HNHH.
