We’ve got great news for all Usher fans, he’s out again, and he’s got Black Coffee with him. Everyone knows that whenever Usher decides to surface with new music, he delivers the best tunes. Usher is like old wine, always better with time. The iconic singer who’s looking quite different these days is out with a new one called LaLaLa, a collaboration with the SA DJ.
LaLaLa follows Usher‘s last album A which was released last year. Now he’s back with his first release of the year, on the South African DJ’s electronic-influenced song. The song is out in time to celebrate what remains of an exciting summer.
On the dance jam, the Yeah crooner sings, “I can feel it / Overflowing / Ain’t no limits / Just keep going / I can’t control what I’m feeling“. As expected, the hitmaker’s sensitive vocals blend with the song’s rhythm and tune. Amazingly, the track was co-written by him.
Prior to the release of the song, rumors about Usher and Black Coffee working together have trailed the music world. The two have been seen performing together for quite a while now and that has sparked rumors of a collaborative project. That seems to be happening, although it hasn’t been confirmed.
Speaking about wanting to work with the South African DJ, Usher is quoted saying; “Out of all the times that I’ve come, I wanted to do something authentic for this region [South Africa]. And I felt like Nathi, Black Coffee is that.”
