“Born 2 Rap” project is expected from The Game soon and just like he promised about two weeks ago when he made the announcement, the rapper has made the first introduction to the project with this new song titled “West Side” and he came out fighting here.
The Game is pretty confident about this new project too as he has been crooning on the internet that not only is he cooking the Album of the Year, he is confident fans will love it. He has been praising himself a lot too. The “Born 2 Rap” title should say much about that too. We’ll be hearing a lot of him tooting his own horn on that project.
Produced by Wallis Lane, DONTMINDIFIDUKE and Prince Productions, the new song is heavyweight and is The Game on familiar territory. He already has a lineup that includes A$AP Rocky, A$AP Ferg, Miguel and G-Eazy and he seems confident that they will all come through for him to make this Album of the Year.
There is a lot of fierceness and anger on this song too which is understandable since The Game lost Nipsey Hussle who was a really good friend. The last time he released a project was in 2016 when he came through with “1992” and he’d be hoping it is well received.
Speaking about the project, he wrote: “I put everything I had into this album…. my TRUE FANS deserve this CLASSIC.” We can’t wait for the project but in the meantime, we recommend listening to this new song.
