Rapper, Benny The Butcher comes through with his followup to the viral “Tana Talk 3” project he released last year and this new project is titled “The Plugs I Met” and he brought his A game on this.
Benny The Butcher has been rising steadily in the industry but even on his songs, it always seemed like the world hyped him more than he hyped himself. While everyone else went crazy about him, his music and rising status, he looked like a man talented, yes, but unsure of his status. Well, he flung that off on this new project.
The new project titled “The Plugs I Met” has seven songs including “Crowns For Kings”, “Sunday School”, “Dirty Harry”, “18 Wheeler” and sees him collaborate with Black Thought, 38 Spesh, Jadakiss, Pusha T, India and more and he definitely thrilled on this one.
He did mention his rising status too and touched on how he didn’t use to know how big he had gotten on “My bitch keep saying I’m famous, but it ain’t hit me, I’m too ghetto‘d out this Hollywood shit tricky.”
The lines on the project are dope too. On one of the songs, “18 Wheeler” where he teamed up with Pusha T, he went: “If me and Push would have linked back when I was a dealer/that’s an 18 wheeler/to my town from Virginia” and already, that line’s gone viral. We fully recommend listening to this project right away.
