PartyNextDoor isn’t cooking the parties for the fellas next door anymore; he is planning a whole bout of cookout. He’s dropped yet another screamer; barely 24 hours after he dropped his last record. Titled, “Damn,” the Mississauga, Ontario native just goes muscle-flexing on the musical side of things with a wavy and groovy vibe.
At a time music fans were still trying to digest PartyNextDoor‘s “Colours 2” EP which launched in June, the multi-talented act went on a collaboration with fellow OVO duo, Maid Jordan for the sizzling “One I Want”.
Not done, PND would still go on to feature on DJ Stevie J‘s “Trouble,” off the “Appreciation 9 Tape,” as well as on Calvin Harris‘ “Cash Out” and PeeWee LongWay‘s “His Name Is Casius.” All in all, PartyNextDoor just didn’t seem to be done with the stash of content up his sleeves and vault.
He released “Break Me Down” yesterday and is quickly following it up with “Damn” today. Damn, this fella packs a lot of dope and it is evident with the laid-back, singing and chilled-out kinda drive he employs on this one.
As if that wasn’t enough, the OVO star is packaging yet another project to be titled “Club Atlantis.” If “Damn” is any indication of what to expect from that effort, then we will be having a handful of flames and fire to contend with.
Until then, we’ll just step up the gear of the weekend into full chill mode and we invite you to join in our mood and groove since PND dropped “Damn” on Soundcloud. Just remember to share your thoughts and opinion in the comments section below.
